These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and purchase of The Senior HR Operations Model Membership (“the Membership”) provided by Three Fifty-Nine Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing the Membership, or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with your purchase.

  1. The Membership
  • The Membership provides access to digital content, resources, and services as described on our website at the time of purchase.
  • The Membership is delivered entirely online. No physical goods are supplied.
  • We may update, amend, or improve the content and structure of the Membership from time to time as part of its ongoing development.
  1. Eligibility

By purchasing the Membership, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • If purchasing on behalf of a business, you are authorised to do so
  1. Subscription, Pricing, and Billing

 

4.1 Subscription model

The Membership is provided on a monthly subscription basis, billed every 30 days.

 4.2 Minimum commitment

By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly payments.

You may cancel your subscription at any time after your third successful payment. Cancellation before this point is not permitted.

 4.3 Pricing

The subscription fee is stated on the payment page. VAT (where applicable) will be charged in addition to the stated fee.

VAT is charged in accordance with UK tax legislation.

4.4 Payment processing

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

You authorise us to take recurring payments in line with the subscription terms until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

  1. Cancellation

 5.1 How to cancel

After the minimum three-month period, you may cancel your subscription via your account area (if applicable), or by contacting us at steve@three59.co.uk

 5.2 Effect of cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Membership until the end of your current billing period
  • No further payments will be taken
  • Access will end once the paid period expires
  1. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Membership and the immediate access provided:

No refunds are available once access has been granted, except where required by law. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Partial use of the Membership
  • Change of mind
  • Non-use of content
  1. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

If you are purchasing as a consumer (rather than on behalf of a business), certain consumer protections may apply.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the Membership, including text, templates, frameworks, videos, and materials, is the intellectual property of Three Fifty-Nine Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Use the materials for your own internal or personal purposes

You may not:

  • Share, resell, distribute, or reproduce the materials
  • Provide access to any third party
  • Use the materials to create competing products or services
  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Membership or any associated platform
  • Share login details
  • Act in a way that disrupts other members or services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

  1. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:

  • Update content
  • Change delivery methods
  • Temporarily suspend access for maintenance

Where possible, we will give reasonable notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous 12 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  1. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website (https://three59.co.uk)

  1. Third-Party Services

The Membership may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or terms.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access immediately if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Engage in unlawful or abusive behaviour
  • Attempt to misuse or redistribute the Membership

No refunds will be due in such circumstances.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
